- Expired Product: If product has expired (rare, as we maintain fresh stock)
- Quality Issues: If product has visible quality issues
Return Conditions
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused with original seal intact
- Original packaging and invoice required

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened medicines (for health & safety)
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Custom ordered products

We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong potency received (e.g., 30C instead of 200C)
