• Orders can be placed via phone (8478019973), WhatsApp, or in-store visit
• Order confirmation will be provided via phone/WhatsApp
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Payment Terms

• We accept: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Online Payments
• Payment required before delivery for online orders
• Payment required at time of delivery for COD orders
• All payments are processed securely

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery Areas: Same-day delivery in Sohna Road area and nearby localities
• Delivery Charges: Free for orders ₹500+. ₹50 charge for orders below ₹500
• Delivery Time: 2-4 hours for same-day delivery (orders before 6 PM)
• Emergency Delivery: Available 24/7 with additional charges (₹100)
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, redelivery charges apply

• Returns accepted within 7 days for wrong/damaged products
